Many of our products are handcrafted or partially handmade, meticulously refined to ensure unique quality and craftsmanship in each item.

Processing Time: typically 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with tracking details.
2. Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated shipping times vary depending on your location:

Standard Shipping: approximately 10–15 business days
(Note: Delivery times may be longer during holidays, promotional periods, or due to customs inspections.)

5. Split Shipments
In certain circumstances, such as weight or size limitations, your order may be shipped in multiple packages or from different warehouses.

We strive to consolidate shipments, but cannot guarantee all items will arrive together.

Tracking information will be provided separately for each parcel.
6. Failed Deliveries & Returned Packages
If no one is available at your delivery address at the time of delivery:

The delivery service may attempt redelivery or leave the package at your local post office or collection point.

Please pick up your parcel within the designated timeframe. If the parcel is returned due to non-collection or incorrect address details, reshipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Parcels

If tracking indicates your parcel is delivered, but you have not received it, please contact us within 15 days of the stated delivery date.

Requests made after 15 days from the delivery date may not qualify for refunds or replacements.

Delays caused by customs or local postal services are beyond our control, but we will assist wherever possible.
